Callie visits Holly, Mere, and Holly's parents to talk to her about yet another of her injuries, this one being an old fracture in her pelvis. She explains that it can't be from her fall since it seems like a much older injury. She's standing next to this bright x-ray that frames her pelvis and from the second Callie opened her mouth I figured out where this was going; it looks like Callie might suspect too, but doesn't want to jump there with Frank and Kathleen in the room. She asks Holly if she had any pain or can think of anything that might have caused this and after a moment, Holly suggests helpfully that it could have been a result of having her baby. I thought from the get-go that Callie suspected this but she seems shocked, and Holly's parents seem horrified though they try to hold it together. Holly tells them she had it a few years ago and the guy took it away; she thinks it died. Kathleen looks like she's about to throw up in her hand and eventually has to excuse herself as Callie agrees that that is probably the root of the problem. Holly sees her mom run out and is instantly apologetic, wondering if she shouldn't have said anything, but Mere tries to reassure her that it's fine and everything is okay. None of them seem terribly convinced, though.

Bailey and Teddy are in the OR when Mere runs in, apologizing for being late. Teddy tries to commiserate with Bailey about their residents being distracted and then asks if anyone knows who Cristina is talking to now. When she hears Stanford she's appalled because she had no idea Cristina was even considering them. Bailey won't let Mere off the hook that easily and gives Mere some serious crap for putting off her interview at Brigham, while Mere tries to tell her that the director there was super understanding each of the three (!!) times she put off her interview. I didn't really realize that before -- my notes were all about how Mere is just doing right by her patient and another hospital should understand that but at the same time, I think even the most sympathetic doc would be starting to give up after three cancellations. Bailey's mad because she pulled strings to get Mere there in the first place. Teddy is still hung up on Cristina and says she can't believe that Owen is okay with Cristina considering Stanford. Bailey and Mere both look at her like she's lost her mind, but Teddy just seems confused about their reaction. I know she and Owen aren't friends any more but even she must have picked up on the fact that Cristina and Owen seem pretty broken these days.
