A shot of a ferry establishes that we are back in Seattle. Cristina and Meredith are working on charts when Izzie bounces up to them and excitedly tells them that she changed her work schedule so she can go to the bridal shop with them. Cristina, to Meredith: "She is cheery." Izzie accuses Cristina of being insufficiently "bridey," and Cristina explains, "I'm not a bride. I'm a surgeon." Meredith tells Izzie to back off, and Izzie rhapsodizes about weddings: "I love weddings. Weddings are all about hope, and the future." Not to mention fidelity and commitment. Callie walks up behind them and tells them that she's rearranged her schedule: "But I want to make myself clear. I will not be wearing pink or baby blue. I do not do flowers in my hair, and I will never be seen with a bow on my ass." Cristina thinks that Callie has the right attitude. Meredith laughs, and then sees her father walking by. He explains that he's there with Susan, and Meredith walks off with him. Izzie asks Cristina, "Callie's a bridesmaid?" And then she realizes that Callie's still standing there looking at her. I don't like rude Izzie, but the Izzie who's both rude and stupid is my least favorite of all.
Alex assists Crush as she walks down the hall. She's hesitant, but he tells her she needs to get back on her feet so she'll be able to take care of Crush Junior. They agree that Junior is a pretty cute baby. And then Crush continues her odd obsession with Alex's love life by asking where Addison is. He resists gossiping about himself, but only momentarily. He tells her that Addison was too serious about the whole thing, so he ended it to be "thoughtful." Crush: "Yeah, right, and dumping Red after one night is sensitive?" Crush fishes for more details, asking Alex if Addison cried when he dumped her.
Cut to Addison, slapping Taye right on the top of his beautiful bald head. She calls him an idiot for divorcing Francie, and he tells her to mind her own business. So she slaps him again. Dude, where's the slap bet commissioner when you need him? She asks him if he cheated on Francie, and goes in for another slap. Taye intercepts this one, and tells her, "Okay, two things I learned way back in kindergarten. One, keep your hands to yourself. Two, 'he who dealt it, smelt it.'" She tells him that makes no sense, and he fishes around for some sense it could make, finally settling on pointing out that Addison cheated on Derek, so she assumes that Taye must have cheated on Francie. She accuses him of using "fart logic." He doesn't deny it, and tells her that if she wants details she'll have to get them from Francie. They spar some more, and then she tells him that she missed him. He missed her too, but since she was Francie's best friend, Francie got custody in the divorce.
