Later, Kev lets Dave into Rob's office. It would seem that Dave wants to make as many calls as possible to the "Let Kim Live" line from Rob's phone. Kev wisely knows that if they get caught, he's the one who's going to get fired. Dave reasons that since the WB pays the phone bill and they're getting the buck-fifty for the phone call, it all evens out in the end.
Probably at the same time, but who really knows because this show is rapidly following Bunim-Murray time, Q and Jason P. are carrying their food trays away from the craft services table. "Dude," says Jason P. "What were you doing making amends so quickly anyway? What happened to the first eight steps?" Hairless was so excited about starting his healing that he just skipped ahead. He promises to do his first eight steps when the show is on hiatus. Jason P. tells him that recovery is very difficult and that he still has a hard mountain to climb. He says more than that, but I'm too busy paying attention to the really cool Steadicam® circular shot that Jason Priestley, as the director of this episode, is obviously responsible for. I'm so proud of him. Our little Brandon, a director!
