Brave New World - The worst season of this terribly uneven series comes to an end with a "Splat!" But don't worry: It's just the sound of Claire jumping off a ferris wheel just to show her father what a free spirit she is.

"I Can't Bring Nathan Back, Peter. But I Can Sure as Hell Swing a Sledgehammer."

The Wall - Sylar and Peter spend the whole episode alone together, but it's not nearly as good as it sounds. On the bright side, Claire gets buried 50 feet underground, but unfortunately HRG's with her.

Gunfight at the O.K. Carnival

The Art of Deception - Samuel sets up Bennet to make him look like the villain to all of the carnies, and Peter almost rescues Sylar from being trapped in a brick wall (by Parkman, who somehow grew a pair).

Always Connect

Pass/Fail - Sylar makes a gross connection with Claire, but it helps her grow closer to Gretchen and sends him into the arms of... Parkman? Samuel offers Vanessa everything she's ever dreamed of, but she turns him down, so he takes it out on an entire town (and possibly the world). And Hiro reconnects with his dad, Adam Monroe, and his mom to save his own life.

Coming Together

Close To You - Hiro and Ando rescue Dr. Suresh and then show up at Bennet's just in time to see him making out with Lauren. It's a group of five who can fight to take down Samuel, and it looks like Parkman and Peter could join them before long.

Sylar Has a New Crush

Let It Bleed - Now that Sylar's done hanging out with Parkman and Nathan, he moves on to tormenting Samuel, until he gives himself a tattoo of Claire and then creepily hovers outside her window. Meanwhile, Peter and Noah begin their separate quests to take down our two big bads.

Hiro Quixote and Ando Panza

Upon This Rock - Claire starts to realize Samuel's up to no good, until he has a guy make grass grow for her. And Hiro might know the answers to saving the world, but none of us can make any sense of him right now. Also: Nathan's funeral is short and sweet.

Everybody Hurts

The Fifth Stage - Lauren finds out she Haitianed herself, Claire tearfully says goodbye to Gretchen, FOR TWO DAYS, and Peter lets go of Nathan. But they all must wear some good makeup, because despite massive amounts of eyeliner, there's not a smudge in sight.

We're Thankful for This Episode

Thanksgiving - Awkward Thanksgiving dinners abound, as HRG hosts Sandra and her new tool of a boyfriend, Hiro stands up to Samuel at the carnies' feast, and Sylar joins the Petrellis for some pie.

Feels Like The First Time

Brother's Keeper - Mohinder's back, and he brings a little of the show's original music with him. Apparently he stumbled on an old home movie eight weeks ago that revealed how powerful Samuel could be (think Sylar, amplified), so Samuel killed him to get the information (he didn't). Thankfully, Hiro rectifies everything. But it's too late to help Nathan (although if Hiro can go back eight weeks it sort of isn't, right?), who finally finds out he's Sylar. He and Peter get angry about it, and then sad. And Sylar's out of Matt's head, so smart money says he's rattling around back in his own somewhere underneath the Nathan.
