The flight attendant makes her way to economy class and tries not to scowl at the poor people there as she tells Cuddy that the Korean is throwing up again. Cuddy thinks that they should turn the plane around, which alarms the blonde and her lip gloss. House quickly tells the blonde not to worry, saying that Cuddy is certainly not trying to panic an entire plane full of people. Cuddy either doesn't get the hint or just doesn't care, as she says that they're about to reach the point where they can't turn back and the nearest ER will be fifteen hours away. I find this a little hard to believe, but since it ups the drama and suspense, I'll let it pass. House tells the flight attendant that the Korean will be fine, and since he is also a doctor as well as a super-great diagnostician, he knows better than Cuddy. The flight attendant weighs her options carefully: side with the woman who got scammed into economy class, or side with the super-smooth guy who did the scamming and seems to have expert knowledge in this type of medical emergency that the woman does not have. Obviously, the flight attendant defers to House. Then she makes sure to bump into Cuddy on her way to the back of the plane, because that's what flight attendants do. If you're in the aisle, they will take your ass out with those huge metal food carts. Even if just half an inch of your elbow is sticking out from the armrest, they'll be sure to knock into it with as much force as possible. Cuddy shoots House the angry glare of a loser and gives up.
