And here's where the show gets, like, incredible. I don't know if I can do it justice here. I'll try. House is back on the bus. It's full of passengers, including that nicely dressed woman. He has his cane back, and he takes a seat. The nicely-dressed woman is sitting across from him, wearing a trench coat and a red scarf and that necklace from before. "Who am I?" she asks. House doesn't know. She says he does, and that her necklace is a clue. She asks him what it's made out of. "Resin," House says. "Who am I?" she asks. Um ... Resin McResin? I got nothing. Actually, that's not true; I knew what the necklace was made out of at this point. I figured it out just before House did, and it kicked me in the ass. And then I had to brace myself for House's realization. "No ... " House says. "Amber," House says. The necklace is made out of Cutthroat Bitch.

And then the woman turns into CTB, still wearing the same clothes. Sitting across from House on the bus, smiling. And then, headlights. The garbage truck slams into the side of the bus, right where CTB is sitting. There's glass everywhere. CTB's hair blows in the wind as she flies forward, losing her pocketbook and all the ID cards in it. Passengers struggle to hold onto their seats as the bus spins around. It hits something else and turns over. House loses his cane and smacks his head on the side of the bus, which is still moving, turned on its side and screeching along the ground. CTB reaches for House's hand. They touch for a second, then she's pulled back. Finally, the bus hits something else, and stops. House wakes up and sees the bodies around him. He find CTB, and she is not looking good, sporting a nasty head wound and , even worse, a metal rod from a broken handrail sticking out of her leg. As you can expect, she's not thrilled to see it there. House crawls towards her. He sees the leg wound and he's not happy about it, either. He grabs her red scarf. "I have to tie this around you," he says. "I'm cold," CTB says. "Stay with me," House says, "just stay with me." It's weird to hear him sound caring. It's not a good sign. House ties the ribbon and passes out.
