Harvey has his surgery. Cameron walks into work late to observe with Chase and Foreman, who really want to know why she's late. She says that the date went fine.
Over in the Clinic, Wilson asks the same question of House, who simply tells him what food they ordered and says that something in it gave him indigestion.
Back with Cameron, she's blaming her indigestion on the wine, and says that they had a "nice, candid conversation."
House tells Wilson that they had "mostly small talk," and he followed Wilson's advice about complimenting Cameron's shoes and everything.
All parties want to know if there will be a second date. "I don't think so," says House. "I...don't know," says Clueless Cameron. Then a surgeon interrupts the gossip session to tell them that Harvey doesn't have an aneurysm after all, making his brain surgery totally unnecessary. Whoops!
So we're back to square one. Harvey's still having mini-strokes, and he's still in a coma. Chase is still downing those stolen Tic-Tacs like House takes Vicodin. And Ramona and The Colonel are stopping by to have an "important" talk with House. House tells the Cottages to do a full body scan on Harvey, and then attends to the old people, who tell House that, thanks to his pills, The Colonel has gone from a "tree" (ew ew ew) so something decidedly less solid. House breaks it down and tells them that after forty some-odd years of marriage, they should really be able to tell each other the truth, at which point he notices that their wedding rings don't match. Oops! They aren't married to each other, but to other people. They're having an affair. Looks like Ramona was doing a little projecting when it came to Connie in the corner condo. Ramona and The Colonel apologize for not being honest with each other, and then The Colonel gives himself a dose of breath spray and they make out. "Welcome to Hell," says House. And then he has an idea. He takes those Tic-Tacs out of his pocket, looks at them, and runs away.
