PS gets the fun job of telling Kenny's father that they suspect his son is huffing Freon. How does one even huff Freon, anyway? Do you stick your nose under the air conditioner? Behind the fridge? Wouldn't it be easier to just sniff markers? Not to mention it's a better high. Uh, so I've heard. Kenny's dad is kinda miffed and refuses to believe that Kenny is abusing the fridge. PS says it's natural for a parent to believe his kid isn't doing drugs. It doesn't mean he isn't.

Kumar prepares Kenny ready for the test and faux pas all over the place. First, he says tells an indignant Kenny that lots of kids do drugs at his age, including a young Kumar, who had a "lot less reason to" than Kenny of the Giant Forehead. Kumar's "oh shit, foot in mouth!" expression here is pretty great. He tells the camera that there are no good reasons to do drugs, kids, and changes the subject to Kenny's school. But he'll find no recourse there, as Kenny says he's home-schooled because kids picked on him in public school. Kumar says school is boring anyway, and he got picked on too, although "maybe not like [Kenny]," he says, making the shape of a giant deformity on his forehead. Then he tries to make things better, only to end up saying that Kenny's situation is much worse than Kumar's ever was. Then Kumar finally realizes that there's no way for him to dig his way out of this hole and asks the camera crew to edit this out so he doesn't look like an idiot. Kenny says everyone acts like an idiot around him and asks for something for his headache, which he's had since the day he was born. Why didn't this poor kid's parents get him surgery sooner? I know it's expensive, but Dad's carrying a cell phone around, so they must have some money, right? I'd go without food to be able to afford a surgery for my kid that took away his headaches and stopped little girls from screaming in his presence.

House avoids the camera crew yet again by ducking into the OR -- while it's being used by someone else. The PPTH surgical team doesn't even acknowledge House's presence there, so used to his barging in are they. House goes over the nuclear test results with Kumar and PS. Kenny has no scarring in his heart. PS guesses toxoplasmosis and says they should do an LP to test for it. But House guesses that PS is very aware that this isn't a possibility and only suggested it because he wants to do an LP to test for intracranial pressure. House is obsessed with beauty and intelligence today, and says PS must have thought House was an idiot to fall for that, which also means that House must be looking hot today, since all attractive are dumb and all ugly people are smart. Kumar and PS exchange "the fuck?" looks as House goes off on his tangent.
