House reports to the class, where PS says the scope, which found no evidence of stomach cancer, caused Kenny to bleed for twenty minutes. Cole points out that PS was right; Kenny's liver is failing. House will admit to that, but not that the liver is failing because of intracranial pressure. What is House's problem with intracranial pressure today? Did it kick his mom in the shins once? House asks for new ideas. The entire class stares at the camera and keeps their mouths closed. Shockingly, they don't want to be called morons on camera. House turns to the producer and says Kenny will die if they don't put the camera down. She doesn't seem to care. Terzzzi speaks up with her diagnosis. House has to check with Foreman to see if it's a good one. Guess what? It's not. 13 comes up with a mitochondrial disorder diagnosis, which House asks Kumar to repeat that to see if it's a good idea when it comes out of the mouth of someone House isn't attracted to (i.e. someone who has a penis). If House is this unable to take his female employees' suggestions as seriously as he can his male employees', he should really be fired, because that's a problem. Anyway, House still likes 13's theory out of Kumar's mouth and tells them to test for it. PS takes a stand and says he still thinks it's intracranial pressure, which he is now calling "ICP." Uh oh, Kenny's a juggalo! Break out the Faygo, y'all! Shaggy 2 Dope in the house!

The camera crew would rather hang with Cameron in the ER than watch the Numbers test Kenny's retina for mitochondrial whatever. Cameron, incidentally, is treating a patient who does not want to be on camera and has to take his pants off for a rectal exam in the middle of the hallway. I don't even know where to start with that. The producer asks Cameron if House treated her as badly as he treats his current fellows. Cameron goes flying off into Camland, where the sun always shines and the kittens always wear vests, and dreamily mutters that she "loved" House. She quickly comes back to Earth and tries to explain that she loved working with House, but the damage has already been done and trying to explain it away just makes Cameron look worse. As for whether or not Cameron is still in love with House, I don't care and don't understand why it has to come now when no one has even tried to explain why Cameron's hair is blonde now.
