That night, as Marshall tries to have his way with Lily, he's haunted by imagining Robin and Lily talking about his performance in the corner. He storms out and falls down in the hall: "Traction could have prevented that." The next day, Ted finds Zoey and the protesters outside the Arcadian. He shows her his new plans for the building, which would incorporate the façade of the Arcadian into the GNB headquarters. Saget!Ted says it was a perfect moment of everything coming together, until... Zoey finally takes off the gloves she's been wearing all episode and Ted sees a wedding ring. He asks if she's married, and she shrugs it off, all, "Yeah." She asks if the façade will be completely preserved, and Ted flashes back to telling Barney it's about the building, not the girl. Ted throws away the blueprints and tells Zoey this wouldn't work; the Arcadian was a great building once, but now it's falling apart and is full of snakes. Zoey: "Snakes?" But Ted doesn't recall saying snakes.
Lily's on the phone with Robin, telling the story of Marshall freaking out and leaving the bedroom the night before. But then she goes on to say he came back, jumped into bed, and it was amazing. He was "passionate, animalistic, a complete stud." Robin's like: "Wow. So he's right there making you say all of this, huh?" Lily says, "Yeah," and the camera zooms out to show us Marshall and his script for Lily. She continues about the musky scent of man and Marshall's manhood. Robin: "Wow. That sounds real." Ted's sitting in the window behind Robin, feeling guilty for lying to Zoey and completely letting her down. Wouldn't it be cool if he stopped being such a whiney baby? He wonders if he'll ever see her again. Then she throws an egg at the window he's looking at, and he sees her down there with her gang of protesters. She tells him they're never leaving, and they throw a bunch more eggs. Saget!Ted: "Why yes, yes I would see her again."
