Uh oh. Not only does Emma have maps and fingerprints and pictures on her wall, she's connected them with strings. The string is always the sign that you've gone around the bend. She's also got a police sketch of Chance, and his jaw is somehow even squarer in the picture. Guerrero describes the effect as "a teenage girl's locker." Emma tells them not to look at it, because it's an ongoing FBI investigation. Yeah, but it's an investigation to find out who Chance is, so surely he could help out a little, right? Staying on track, Guerrero tells Emma they want the Whitelist, which is a secret FBI list of visiting dignitaries. Emma doesn't have the list, but her boss, Deputy Director Lynch does. The plan is to borrow Emma's ID to get into the building and then break into Lynch's office. She looks dubious, but obviously she goes along with it. Right now, they figure Baptiste is using his UN cover to get the FBI involved so he can get into their files.
Speaking of Baptiste, we see him in a UN office telling someone that Project Olive Branch has been compromised. The sucker calls the FBI to tell them he and Baptiste are on the way. Baptiste doesn't want the company, so he kills him and then steals his watch.
FBI lobby. Emma and Chance get through security, although they have to leave Chance's briefcase behind. Back at Emma's place, Layla explains to Winston that the case magically lets them tap into the security system and watch the camera feeds. Guerrero is not impressed as he sits down with some Chinese food he stole from Emma's refrigerator. He explains to Layla that being a freelancer means that you don't get any benefits or birthday cake, but on the other hand you get to steal food. She starts babbling about being tracked down and how the FBI is trying to get through her firewall. This will slow her down in some way.
Chance and Emma enter an elevator (leaving, if I'm not mistaken, a set that was originally built for Blade: Trinity and then saw a lot of use on Stargate Universe) and then banter about Emma's bra. Chance thinks it was a Third Date bra, but she corrects him that it was actually a first date. It's pretty much standard flirting.
