She says that she'll usually come home from a date worried that she sounded like an idiot, but she's totally relaxed right now because he's going to tell her that it's fine. She asks him if he will, in fact, say that it's fine and he says, "Kinda." She giggles and says, "That's fantastic." She's having a good time, she says. Then, abruptly, she says, "Let's fuck." That's something she never says, but she loves the way it sounds. Ray tells her that she can say it again, so she says it like 12 times. Seriously, that many times. So, they do. Ray VO's that fucking is the easy part, it was the mindfuck that was difficult. Really? You just sat there looking at her. I guess he did look really in control and comforting.

Ray continues via VO, saying that while Patty was coming, something came to him. He had to be completely honest with Jemma. The next day, he's waiting with a letter at Jemma's office. He catches her outside and she asks him why he's there. He's all smiles. He tries to give her the letter and tells her it's from his heart. "Fuck your heart." So mean. He asks her what she means and she repeats it. Stupid Ray still doesn't get it. She asks him what he thinks "Fuck your heart" means and reminds him that she paid in full. He's floored by the "paid in full" part. She tries to walk away and he stops her. He says that there was something between them. When they were in his tent, he knows what he saw in her eyes. She asks him what he sees in her eyes now. She tells him that she has to go and walks away. Ray screams after her that she will never know what's in his heart and tears up his letter. He litters and walks away.
