Dear Derwood

Back at the strip club, Dwight is talking to the stripper Karen greeted in the beginning of the episode. His cell phone rings. He answers it cautiously and tells Derwood that he's leaving. Then he says, "What? Married?" The stripper (who looks disturbingly like Mariska Hargitay) wants to know who's getting married. Dwight snippily tells her that he's on the phone and she leaves. Dwight says that Derwood must be kidding, and that Derwood and Angie will shortly be back in the slammer. Dwight adds that he has his own problems, because people are trying to kill him. Dwight concludes, "So count me out, all right?" and hangs up. A focus pull reveals that the Russian thugs are sitting in the background. One asks why they don't just kill Dwight already and get it over with, and the other answers that he has twenty-three minutes left. And I see that Dwight is working really hard to come up with the money, if by "coming up with the money," you mean, "hanging out with strippers and then insulting them so that they leave." Focus pull back to Dwight, who pulls out his cell phone and calls Derwood back. He asks, "How do I get there?" and walks out. The Russian thugs follow.

Derwood tells Angie that Dwight's on his way, and asks her again if she'll marry him. Angie says that once they are married, they will both turn themselves in. She doesn't want him to break out of jail anymore. Derwood agrees to stay put if she will. Angie happily says, "Then call Karen!"

Karen walks through her office. She finds Tuck sitting in a break room or something and asks about his game. It didn't go well. Tuck has made plans for the two of them to get a hotel room, and they could leave right now. Karen interrupts to tell him that it's not going to happen. Tuck asks why, and Karen says that they both have their jobs to worry about. Tuck says he thinks about her all the time. Karen says that's the problem. Tuck starts yelling in Spanish, and Karen tells him, "Vaya con dios," and kisses him. Tuck stomps out. Karen looks sad, and one of her co-workers comes in and says that Derwood is on the phone. What is with these people and their crazy office hours? It's dark out, and they're all still hanging out at the office.
