1-6 Recap	Gimme Shelter Gimme Shelter - Kingpin ends on a quiet moment, with Miguel accepting Chato back into his life, but opens with a bang as Delia goes against Doug Duffy's orders and ends up saving Undercover Bobby's life during the raid on Truck's club. Dr. Benben tries out a professional bodyguard, but ends up pairing up with Junie. Things with La Corporacion are kind of a mess, but everything works out for the best after Miguel pays the CIA $20 million and the Senator is strangled by a bolo tie. 1-5 Recap	The Odd Couple The Odd Couple - The chief of police has Chato arrested and thrown in jail. Then, the chief has his men rape Chato. To get his brother out of jail, Miguel blackmails a senator. They spring Chato, but he's in bad shape. And when Miguel forbids Chato to exact revenge for his rape, Chato basically tells Miguel to go to hell and attacks the police chief with a knife in a steamroom. On the other side of the border, Truck fires Junie, who promptly -- and humorously -- goes to work for Dr. Benben. 1-4 Recap	French Connection French Connection - Miguel sends Marlene to rehab. Chato takes up with the Crazy Corrupt Sheriff's Wife, and ends up not being able to resist her even though she simply won't shut up. Joaquin asks to take a greater part in La Corporacion and ends up having to babysit this British scientist/sadist who gets stabbed in the chest by the whore he was caning. On the other side of the border, Dr. Benben asks if he can get back into the cartel, since he has to rustle up some cash to pay off Sean Young, and we all find out that the DEA's got a man in Truck's posse, but that the DEA guy is sampling Truck's wares!	02.10.2003 02.13.2003	A	Jessica
1-3 Recap	Black Magic Woman Black Magic Woman - Miguel and a partner enter into a cocaine-for-heroin deal, and Miguel's partner totally sells him out. So Miguel has Chato murder this guy's dog and they serve the pooch up on a plate. Literally. Delia's been transferred to Houston and stuck at a desk job. She manages to infiltrate Truck's underground, drug-infested club, but her boss doesn't care for her initiative and sends her back to the desk. And Dr. Benben launches a scheme to escape Sean Young's delirious clutches. It involves getting his ass kicked. Same queso, different day.	02.08.2003 02.10.2003	B	Jessica
1-2 Recap	El Velorio El Velorio - Tio Jorge's dead, and everyone's gathering for the funeral/familial power struggle. Frontrunners for the newly opened leadership position include yet another one of Miguel's uncles; and Miguel's crazy voodoo-practicing cousin and her equally crazy voodoo-practicing husband. So, Miguel and Marlene (the latter of whom comes complete with new ugly haircut and continual drug use) have to angle for power while pretending that they didn't have Tio Jorge whacked. As if this weren't enough, they're having a little problem with a local general. So Miguel has him kidnapped, tortures him with a phaser to the crotch, and then addicts him to heroin. 1-1 Recap	Pilot Pilot - Things are tough when you're a smart, well-educated guy who's struggling to control a thriving Colombian drug cartel. First of all, the guy technically in charge is living on a boat and driving your brother nuts. Second, your cousin? Talk about a nutball. He's got a man-eating tiger. He wears a mask on the back of his head. He threatens your cocaine-sniffing, lawyer wife with a whip. He brings dead bodies and stuff to your house! So, what are you going to do?
