Back to the Adrian/Andrea conversation: Andrea tries to blow it off, saying that she misunderstood, but Adrian won't drop it. He keeps denying that he was talking about all women, and then admits that the statement was directed at the women on the ship. Does he understand that they can vote him off? Andrea walks away, nearly running into Toni and her boobs. Adrian says that he won't kiss Andrea's ass. I don't really like either of these people, and I don't really feel comfortable sticking up for either one, but Adrian doesn't need to kiss her ass -- he just needs to admit what he really said.
Jeanette talks to Tomiko and Lisa about Adrian, and his "demoralizing women." As if these women had any morals to begin with. Jeanette claims that Adrian's speech was ruthless, and that maybe all of the other guys felt angry about the vote too, but Adrian makes remarks about women all of the time, not just in that particular instance.
Mandalay. Hee! Justin announces that it's time to pick partners again. Andrea is hanging all over Michael, and he kisses her. Do you get the feeling that he's kind of turning into the stud of the ship? This week, the women have to pick the men again. Lisa voice-overs that she refuses to end up alone again. In an interview, Michael says that if no one picks him again, he's going to sleep on top of the deck. Justin blows the damn whistle to begin the choosing process. All of the women rush Michael, who is wearing a really baggy t-shirt saying "Crazy Tony Fan Club." Hmm, when Michael gets to call someone back to the ship (as we saw in the previews), who do you think it will be? Also, I told you he was the stud of the ship, even if it was just a gag. Michael says that it's "about frickin' time."
Michael actually ends up with Melissa. In an interview, Michael says that he's liked Melissa since day one. Does he know that she has a boyfriend? Although I guess that's safer in terms of game play. In an interview, Melissa says that Michael is a great guy -- hilarious, intelligent, funny, and doesn't have tattoos. Well, that's a ringing endorsement. She goes on to say that Michael doesn't think of himself as "a stud," but she thinks he's..."a great guy." Ah, well. I guess she can't call him a stud or her boyfriend would get angry. Lisa does a little cheer that she got who she wanted -- Anthony in his polka-dotted shirt. Shut up, Lisa. Oh, and shut up, Anthony. I know he didn't say anything. It was pre-emptive. So, the couples for this round are:
- Darin and Andrea
- Lisa and Anthony
- Michael and Melissa
- Toni and Greg
- Adrian and Tomiko
- Ralph and Jeanette
