Chin's arranged a meet with Tsang the next day, and they send Kona in as a customer, looking to get family out of China. Kona asks how she'll pay for it, and creepily fondles her hair, but then sand in her hair makes him think she's a cop, so he makes her strip to her underwear to check for a wire, then takes a picture of her with his phone -- not for later reference, but to send to a friend of his for confirmation. In a truck outside, Steve, Chin and Danno trace the call, and see that he sent it to the police station. There's a mole in the police force! The mole texts Tsang back ("SHE'S A COP."), and the jig is up. So much for her being an unknown quantity. Busted, Kona takes out two thugs all by herself and is about to take on the third when the surveillance truck awesomely comes through the wall and hits him. Tsang pulls a machine gun and sprays the room while making a run for his car, but he doesn't get far before Steve takes out the tires and he slams into a shipping container. As Steve drags him out of the car, Danno opens the container to find 30 Chinese citizens! Bonus evidence!

After reuniting the Chinese teen from before with her parents, the interrogation of Tsang begins in earnest. Chin starts with an ashtray across Tsang's temple, in response to a threat towards Kona, then Steve threatens to get Tsang's wife and son deported back to Rwanda. Tsang: "What kind of cops are you?" Steve: "The new kind." Apparently so.

Danno and Steve race along a causeway to stop a Chinese freighter form leaving port with Hess aboard. He's nice enough to call the governor to let her know he's about to start an international incident. Danno gets a call as well, form his ex, who's mad he didn't pick up their daughter. After asking her to tell Gracie that "Danno loves her," Danno tells Steve that that's how Gracie used to say his name. Steve is surprised that's it, but neither Danno nor I really understood what he was expecting. It seemed pretty cut-and-dried, really. The two drive their cop car up the convenient ramp and right onto the boat, where they immediately take machine gun fire. Danno takes out the grunts while Steve goes after Hess. They trade gunfire, then have a rapid-fire "we're highly trained soldiers" brawl on top of a shipping container. When Steve is knocked off the container, he lands by his gun, and shoots Victor just before Hess empties a clip into him. Hess plummets into the water, and we don't see his body come back up, so I'm thinking he's gonna turn up again somewhere down the road. As Danno cuffs his thug down on the deck, he asks Steve what he wants him to do with the guy. A chorus of millions chants along with Steve as he says, "Book 'em, Danno."
