John and Ben bust into the apartment, once animal control wrangles the dogs. Ben finds the tenant sitting in his chair, with his limbs all gnawed up by the animals. He promptly runs outside to puke. Fair reaction. Billy is there now, he wants to know if he can keep one of the dogs, but animal control says that they aren't safe now that they've had the taste for human flesh. Gross, but not as disgusting as Billy's reply that he went "south on his wife about a year ago" and wonders if that means he should be put down. I'll reply with a resounding "yes." His poor wife. They then turn to picking on Ben. According to John, "Tori Spelling threw up all over his brand new patent leather Mary Janes. You guys be nice when you say goodbye today, it could be his last day on the job." Ben does not take well to this razzing, but Chickie, who seems to be the only one actually working, tells him to chill out and not let them get to him.

Bryant and Moretta ask Janella why she's wearing purple, if she's affiliated with a particular gang. Nope. She's just afraid of being killed, so she's not saying much. But she really wants to be a cop when she grows up.

At the house of kiddie porn guy, Det. Adams and her team bust in. They find the incriminating evidence in a pile of magazines titled "Little Virgins." But kiddie porn guy isn't at home. They put out an APB. And she makes everyone leave the apartment so he won't get freaked out and run again. She then sees a bunch of ants crawling around.

Santa Monica Blvd, 6:45 PM: John and Ben drive by a hooker. John appropriately yells for the street walker to show him the goods. The hooker says no dice. But it turns out that she's a vice cop named Shauna and Cooper taught her everything she knows, except maybe how to walk in super high heels all night long to attract potential johns. She points them in the direction of "the guys." They turn out to be undercover cops. There's a pissed-off looking guy with a mustache sitting in the backseat, he was picked up "working the bushes" in a public park. Shauna's wire picks up her interaction with a client. She shoos him away because he wants to pay her for a sexual favor, but he's got a baby in the car seat in the back. He drives off in his minivan. John and Ben drive off, he tells Ben if it is getting to him, that he can just quit and do them all a favor.
