I have to interject a moment here. I'd call Luke mildly handsome. He's tall, sandy-haired, and has a pleasant smile and rosy cheeks. He looks like the guys you see on the local news covering high school sports or something. He could be a spokesman for the neighborhood big-and-tall men's store. He's not Brad Pitt or Hugh Jackman. He does not sparkle like a vampire in a scene from Twilight. He's OK looking. Either these ladies need to get out more or there's even more booze flowing than I thought.

All right, next limo. First out is Anna, who in her hot pink dress and heels is a bit taller than Luke. She's a model, which I can believe, and she starts to get a little teary in her interview but doesn't completely break down into a snot ball. So far, so good. Next up is Natasha in a cute teal dress that could use a bit more support up top. She tells Luke she's a rocket scientist (Yay!) which he says is intimidating (Boo!), and then she apologizes (Boo again!). Next we meet Lauren who has on a handkerchief-hem dress and opines in her interview that guys prefer her skinny friends. She's just barely "chunky" (her word) so I can't see how that would be a problem. Luke flirts that he's been waiting his whole life to meet her. Smooth. Vanessa, a trial lawyer, is next. She asks Luke what kind of girl he likes, and he says "this" kind, meaning her, of course. She joins the others inside the mansion, where Melissa is gushing about how she got lost in Luke's eyes. Ugh. The waiter who's serving their drinks looks amused.

Outside, it's time to meet another Melissa, a nanny who seems like a sweet girl and could have benefited from a three-way mirror when picking this dress. The backless styling is just...not doing her any favors. Next up is Danielle, who, at first glance doesn't really look like she belongs on this show. She's got a little padding on her, but I wouldn't call her chubby. She says she's only been on three dates. Luke then meets Mandy the fitness trainer, who teaches him to salsa dance by way of an introduction. Next up is Tali from Israel (more recently New York), who is quite stunning, even though her long drab dress is less than flattering. Kristian is next. Luke says the teacher from back east is "so cute," which she is, even though it looks like she's wearing two different dresses and one of them is actually just a toga she made out of a sheet.
