No Mandy

Dinner time! Mandy and Luke get in a limo as Luke interviews that he's starting to worry that Mandy is "cracking" a bit and spending more time on their dates worrying about the other girls than having fun with him. He hopes she'll chill out tonight. Doubtful! Mandy interviews that she's nervous and this has been a difficult journey for her. Luke and Mandy will be eating dinner on a boat, because Luke just loves eating on boats. Personally, I think it's a bad idea. Because of seasickness. Luke asks Mandy how she liked the date today. "I love just feeling like the adrenaline with just being in nature and ... I didn't mind the dust. I like looked at the mirror when I went to wash my hands and I was like, 'I have like a beard!'" Mandy is just not a great conversationalist. Something you don't want to do when you're trying to set a romantic mood for a date, ladies? Talk about having a beard. It's just not sexy. Luke asks Mandy if she had any idea on the first night she met him if she'd be in Hawaii with him now. Mandy says she had no idea and is surprised at how deep her feelings for him are. Luke says they've had a lot of nice moments, and Mandy goes in for a kiss then pulls away. No make out sessions for Mandy. She's always aware that she's on camera.

In lieu of Luke's hotel room, they climb on a mattress on the boat. It also has flower petals on it and there's champagne waiting for them. Luke interviews that Mandy really let her guard down on this date, and that's what he was waiting for. He asks if she could see herself being married to him. She says she could. That gets Luke a makeout session. Mandy asks Luke if he could see himself married to her. He says he can. More making out. Luke says he's "into" Mandy and he knows she's "into" him. Mandy interviews that Luke is "becoming [her] lover" and she trusts him. And she's totally in love with him and sure she's supposed to be with him for the rest of her life. Kristian said that too, though.

The next day, Luke is back on the beach staring out into the ocean. He says it's time to decide which girl to send home and it's a very tough decision that's making him feel light-headed. That might just be sunstroke, Luke. Or maybe the poison Emme put in his coffee is finally starting to kick in. Meanwhile, you're all reading this thinking "Emme? Who's that? This show doesn't have a host!" And I will remind you that Tali didn't exist until like last week and she's in the top three so obviously the editors are capable of causing human beings to appear and disappear at will. Tali, Mandy, and Malissa stand on their marks on a nice grass hill next to the water. Emme is there and looking not so good in an orange dress that does horrible things to her boobs. Perhaps it's best, though, because if they looked nice then Luke would fall in love with Emme and feel differently about her than any woman he's ever met. They managed to smuggle the ring bowl on the plane to Hawaii even though it's a weapon (it can rip a desperate woman's heart apart!) and Emme orders the women to drop their rings in it. Except this time, instead of Emme coming around with the bowl, they must walk over to her. I love how every episode Emme's part just gets that much smaller. Malissa interviews that she's very confident she'll be staying tonight. Tali says the same thing. Mandy, of course, is not so sure. Luke tells the three that this is a very tough decision but he has to send someone home tonight. The two women who remain will be heading to Luke's home to meet his family. No more Hawaii? Bummer.
