At the gym, Wally hits Earl across the face. I thought he recognized Earl at first, but it's just how he wants them to get pumped. He asks "Cliff" to hit him back. Then Wally sweats all over Earl as he lifts weights. And he knocks him out with the weight ball. Meanwhile, Randy's bouncing on an exercise ball and asking two buff guys how he can get big and strong so he can finally win against his bully. They tell him they'll help him out, then ask how big the bully is. Randy describes her as a 32-C, and the guys say if she's a girl, it's about confidence. They recommend shark adrenaline, which will help Randy destroy everything that gets in his way, including baby seals. One of the guys would love a baby seal right now. Randy asks what it tastes like -- the shark adrenaline, not the baby seal. He says he already knows what that tastes like, though I have no idea how. They explain he doesn't eat it -- it gets injected in his scrotum. That leads us the best scene of the episode, as Randy's looking down between his legs, where the two buff guys are standing. One of them pulls out the syringe and then jams it hard into Randy's scrotum. He sits up and yells: "AAAAAAH! Oh my god! THAT'S my scrotum?!" Awesome. Only Randy would not know that, even after pulling his pants down.
