Earl's in terrible pain after all of the working out, but he still takes time to pay attention to Wally, and realizes that Wally really wants to be Mr. Camden, but can't bring himself to shave his body or oil himself up, because that would make him a pansy. It's always been Wally's dream, though. We get a shot of him competing in the past. We see several guys in Speedos, all oiled up and shaved, but Wally's in his boxers, covered in hair, and decidedly un-oiled. Earl quickly realizes that calling Wally a pansy is what caused him not to want to be one now, so he has to get him to win the competition. Randy walks in and wants to tell Earl something, but Earl goes first and fills him in on Wally. Then he leaves and doesn't hear Randy say, "I just got a shot in my balls."

In the parking lot, Earl tells Wally he's the biggest, strongest guy, so should win Mr. Camden, sort of how the biggest, strongest peanut became Mr. Peanut. Okay, that's sort of funny, except that then this competition should be called "Mr. Man," right, instead of Mr. Camden? Wally tells "Cliff"that dudes like them don't do that pansy stuff: They wear flannel, have body hair, and eat hearty soups. Earl tells Wally he's totally going to do all that pansy stuff, and pretends that's why he was looking for a training partner. Wally says that if a man's man like "Cliff" can do it, so can he. He says, "Let's get psyched!" and hits Earl in the face. Earl asks if they could maybe work out a signal for that in the future.

At the Crab Shack claw machine, Earl wins a floppy puppy and Joy comes up to take it. But Randy starts growling like he's possessed by a demon. Catalina makes her brief appearance of the episode to tell Randy to "Kill her! Kill her!" helpfully adding that she knows a guy who can make any death look like a suicide. Catalina's just hoping that if Joy dies, she'll finally get some screen time. Randy glares and growls, and Joy tells him fine, to keep the stupid dog. Randy goes back to the gym and says he beat his bully, but had to use a week's worth of shark adrenaline, so he'll need more. He growls at the guy when he protests.
