On the couch in the trailer, Joy and Randy both look sad. Joy tells Randy how awesome Darnell is: He speaks seven languages and has three blackbelts in types of fighting that end in "-do." Randy says that Earl has a nice smile and can play Wipeout on his stomach, so he'll be fine, too. You know they don't really think so, though. They're scared. Just then they hear a car pull up. When the get outside, Earl and Darnell are being let out of a dark SUV. They all run together and embrace in a group hug.
Earl's voiceover tells us everyone was safe as we see Randy, Earl, Joy, Darnell and the kids at dinner in the trailer. Earl says Darnell will never have to pretend he's someone he's not again. He'll always just be a loving husband, a great father, and one of the best friends Earl's ever had. Earl and Darnell are dishing up food when they see a news update on TV: In world news, there was a theft in Cairo, a military helicopter crash, and an anthrax bomb failed to detonate. As the news anchor moves on to Camden's school bus report, Darnell tells Earl "Shhhhh," and Earl says he'll never say a... and he starts twitching. Okay, I hope that doesn't last much longer.
