Let's take a look at the opening montage and scenes from previous episodes. I haven't done that in a while. "Once Upon A Time," the announcer says, "an evil queen..." We see Queenie cast the Dark Curse.
Announcer: "...to our world." Mary and David take a walk. Regina, in Storybrooke, stands in front of the mirror as she contemplates Henry's Once Upon A Time book.
Announcer: "Who knows the truth?" Gold crosses the road.
Announcer: "And who can break the spell?" Emma stares down someone. August opens up his typewriter case.
Previously, on Once Upon A Time, Emma and Henry sit on the old castle play structure. Henry says, "You don't play with a curse." Queenie flings a fireball. Snow attempts to save Charming from King George's wrath, by telling him, "There is no place for us together." Snow goes to Rumpelstiltskin for help in getting over David. She looks at the potion. "If I drink that, I'll no longer love him?" Rumpy says, "You won't even remember who he is." In Storybrooke, Kathryn tells Regina that she told David he and Mary should be together. Mary and David kiss. In the Enchanted Forest, Charming flees from King George's men. In Storybrooke, over a shot of Kathryn's crashed car, Regina says, "It's been 24 hours since Kathryn went missing." Ruby digs up the jewelry box. Emma says, "There's a human heart inside it." Emma goes to see David and Mary at the animal shelter and says, "We found fingerprints. They were Mary Margaret's." Jiminy Cricket is featured in this week's title card. And phew. I don't think I'm going to recap the opening montage and "Previouslies" every week. That was way more work than it's worth.
