In the cafeteria, Ryan hands Rebadow a special meal. Busmalis tells Rebadow to hurry up so that they can eat before Schillinger gets there. Rebadow ain't looking so hot. Busmalis say that Schillinger always spits in his food and makes him eat it. Rebadow suggests that Busmalis spit in Schillinger's food, but Busmalis says that Schillinger would "rip out [his] salivary glands." Schillinger shows up, and Busmalis starts spitting in his own food. Schillinger just looks at him like he's insane and walks away. Busmalis contemplates his spitty food and asks Rebadow, "Wanna trade?" Hee! Rebadow turns gray(er) and collapses to the floor.

In the infirmary, Gloria treats Rebadow, and asks if he went to dialysis today. Hapless Intern says that he forgot to schedule it. Gloria is pissed.

Later, Gloria goes to visit a much less gray Rebadow in the ward. Gloria comments that it was quite a scare, and asks if there's anything else she can do. Rebadow asks to use the phone. He places a call and says, "Mama? I've changed my mind."

Rebadow sits in the visitors' room, waiting. A guy and a little kid walk in. The little kid is wearing a beanie with a propeller on top. The fuck? The kid walks in, puts the beanie on Rebadow's head and hugs him. Rebadow glances over to the guy in the doorway, his son, and smiles. What was up with that beanie?

Flashback to Adebisi sticking Nappa with the AIDS infected needle. In the AIDS ward, Adebisi helps a patient into bed. The patient says he knew that Adebisi used his blood to try to infect someone with AIDS, and wants to know who it is. Adebisi tells the patient that he's delirious.

In the bathroom, Nappa asks Adebisi why he transferred to the hospital to be around "those fags." Adebisi says that outside, he doesn't like gays, but in prison, "sometimes you need your dick sucked." That Adebisi is a philosopher for the ages, no? Nappa says that unlike Adebisi, he has self-control, and he believes that "fags are fags, dirty perverted animals." Adebisi says gleefully that he wishes he were more like Nappa, and then asks about the Sicilian practice of kissing each other. Nappa says that is about "respect, not sex." Adebisi walks into the shower, drops his towel, and scratches his ass. He's still wearing the one striped sock. Man, that guy kills me.

Gloria tells Nappa that he's HIV-positive. Nappa says that it's not possible, because he hasn't had sex or shared a needle. Gloria says that she double-checked, and Nappa insists that she triple-check. Gloria tells him that by state law, he has to be transferred to a special HIV unit. Nappa wants to talk to the warden, and says, "This isn't happening to me!"
