Friends and Lovers

Triangles - Cooper and Sheldon fight over Charlotte, but work together for their schizophrenic patient. Addison and Vanessa fight over a pregnant patient, but it's mostly about Sam. William and Fife work together against Naomi at work, but outside of work, they're both madly in love with her. And Addison finally grows up and chooses Pete.

What They Can't Have

Fear of Flying - Charlotte wants Cooper, but won't admit it. Cooper doesn't want Charlotte, probably until he catches her sleeping with Sheldon. Pete and Addison want Violet and Sam, but can't have them. Sam wants Addison, but is with her stand-in Vanessa instead. Fife wants Naomi, but she's dating William. Turns out Naomi wants Fife, too, but William's her boss so she can't just dump him. And our patients of the week want each other, but immigration and sperm allergies stand in the way. And one little patient just wants to fly, but is too scared.

Oh, Baby

'Til Death Do Us Part - Babies having babies, babies getting married, babies dying, doctors getting it on in the bathroom. All in a day's work.

Grown-Ups

Love Bites - Almost everyone acts like an adult in this episode: Dell moves on; Pete and Addison sleep together (although they can't move on); Sam plans a wedding (and tries to move on); Cooper and Charlotte, who clearly will never move on, bicker but it's not hateful; Naomi offers Sam a little help and moves on with her rich boss; and Violet... well, Violet is stuck, but at least she doesn't want to be.
