Back at Oceanside, Charlotte tells Erection the shunt's almost in. He tells Bride this is their wedding night, and he's ruined it for her. She tells him not to say that. He says he just wanted to be a rock star in bed so she'd think he was worth waiting for. But, yeah, she already didn't think you were worth that, dude. Violet shakes her head no at Bride, but she tells him she needs to tell him something. Violet and Charlotte both try to stop her, but she says she's pregnant. He starts yelling about how could she do this, despite Charlotte telling him that she has a sharp instrument inside him and could damage his penis. Violet sticks up for Bride, saying she made a mistake. He says the marriage is over. Charlotte makes everyone leave the room but her and Erection.

Back in the car, Addison's coaching Ever's breathing with dramatic close-ups of her face. Sam returns to the car to tell her he sewed the tube in, and Jake's exhausted but stable. Addison says labor's progressing quickly. Sam says okay, and I'm wondering why the hell he has to update her every five minutes instead of just heading the hell out for help. Addison tells him not to fall or get hurt, or do anything that might cause him to die in this canyon. She says he has to come back and grabs his arm. It's a dramatic moment, and I know it's supposed to show us how and why they develop this bond, but I don't see it. Trauma doesn't always lead to love and marriage. Sam runs off and Addison keeps breathing at Ever. After a commercial, Addison tells Ever that the baby's foot has come out through the cervix but since he isn't fully engaged, she has to push him back up through the birth canal and invert him from the inside. Ever's like, "Are you kidding me?!" Addison tells her she can do this, and they're both just going to breathe. There is a lot of screaming as Ever does whatever she's doing. Addison tells her to try, but Ever says, "No, no, no." Jake hollers from outside that she needs to do this, since she's stubborn and is always the one in charge. He says it usually works, but right now he's in charge and she has to listen to him and do this. I don't know what she has to do exactly, since it's Addison who's supposed to push the foot back in and turn the baby, isn't it? But Ever agrees, and Addison tries again. She still screams, but it works this time thanks to Jake's inspirational speech. They tell Jake she did it, and they tell each other they love each other.
