Back in the car, Addison tells Ever to lift her butt and push. Ever screams and resists, so Addison gets bossy, and Jake tells her she can do it. Addison gives a speech about how they're both trapped in the car, but Ever has a guy waiting outside this car. She says that if she dies no one will really care, but if Ever dies, Jake will be broken, so she's going to push. Ever pushes and the baby's born. They wonder if he's okay, and he's sort of not. So Addison gives him mouth to mouth and he starts to cry and instantly changes color from blue to pink and is instantly cleaned. Addison giggles that he's fine, but he's actually a girl. And she's okay. Ever thinks she's beautiful. She tells Jake it's a girl, but he doesn't respond, sort of ruining the happy moment they're having here. But Addison can't get out of the car, so it's panic time. Again.

Luckily, right after commercials, a helicopter flies overhead and Sam and some other rescue guys come running down the hill. Sam checks on Jake and tells them he's still alive. Sam orders the paramedics around and tells Jake to hang in there so they can get him out of here. Addison cries in the car, relieved. They're packing Jake into a helicopter. He doesn't want to go without Ever, but Sam says she's right behind him and will catch up at the hospital. Back at the car, Sam tells them the emergency team will get them out of the car in a minute, then he backs off and Ever tells Addison she's amazing and her daughter's going to be named Addison. When the crews start to open the door, Ever starts spraying blood all over Addison because apparently she had some sort of sharp piece of metal gouging into her that the door pressure was keeping in place. Addison explains this as, "The pressure from the door must have tamponaded the wound," as she hugs Ever and screams for help. She says Ever's crashing, which she can apparently feel by hugging her.
