The Captain finds Addison after surgery and tells her how magnificent she is and that he was glad to be there. She says she was glad to, and if he still wants to see her house, he can come over for a drink. Somewhere else, Sam and Maya eat ice cream. She loves hanging out with him, but wonders if he's going to pick her up from school every day. She knows she should have told Mom about Dink, but she's so judgmental. Sam: "Hey! She's supposed to be. We both are." Maya thinks Sam would really like Dink, who she says is amazing. He agrees he should meet him and she says he'll think Sam's cool just like all her friends do. He makes a deal with her that if she tells him everything, he'll treat her like she knows right from wrong. She agrees and then he tries to prove how cool he is by saying something about her BFF making her LOL on her phone. She asks him please not to do that, and he realizes he's not that cool.

Addison tells Naomi about the Captain watching her surgery and how it was great and he didn't make some big speech about upholding the Montgomery name. Naomi looks uncomfortable and Addison asks what. Naomi says not to hate her, since she's her friend who slept with her brother and didn't tell her. She wants to be her friend and not keep secrets from her. Addison says, "Oh my god, Nae, you slept with the Captain." Naomi says no, she wouldn't do that, and Addison's relieved until Naomi says, "Violet did." Then she says Violet told Charlotte, who told Cooper, and Sam read it all over his face and asked Naomi about it. Addison sits down, looking defeated and beautiful. Naomi apologizes, but says she couldn't not tell her. After commercial, Pete greets them and tells Addison she looks like she needs a glass of wine. Addison says a glass of wine isn't going to help. Naomi says Addison should go, but then both Pete and Addison get paged to Eleanor.

When they get there, Eleanor's in pain and the baby's in distress. Addison says they have to go repair the defect in the uterus and then do something else. Eleanor says to please save the baby as they take her away. Ronald calls after them to save her, too. In surgery, Pete says her tissue's not as resilient as it used to be. They talk about the surgery and then things get emergent (I can tell by the beeping), as Addison calls for fluids and other things to help.
