Next week: Finale! Violet tells Naomi something's happened to Maya. Dell's in scrubs and says "She's in labor." Sam doesn't want to save the guy who hit Maya and Dell, but Pete tells him that they have to save lives. So Sam punches him. Man, Pete's taken a lot of punches this season. Cooper asks Charlotte to marry him. Addison cries about something. Then, Little Shephard and Addison walk hand-in-hand to a waiting room full of people (Violet, Sheldon, Pete, Dink, Cooper, Naomi, and Sam). Little Shephard asks "Who goes first?" And Addison says, "Me." My prediction: Little Shephard couldn't save Maya, but Addison saved the baby? Or vice versa? My husband thinks something happens to Dell, since he's already said he's leaving the show, and isn't in the waiting room (neither is Charlotte). But I think he'll just go to med school so we can have his hotness back if the show makes it a few more years.
