Jeffrey asks Angela if she's pissed off that he had a hard time with the challenge, or that Angela and her mother weren't able to get Jeffrey eliminated with the shit they talked onstage. I'd say, "Ooh, good question. Mmm, I'd say both. While I'm pissed off that you were a dick to my mom, I'm also a little bummed that we didn't get your ass canned for said dickiness." Instead, Angela looks at him forlornly and says, "Jeffrey, if you couldn't tell that the dress --" He cuts her off and says, "Don't give me those weird sad eyes." Angela interviews that it's ridiculous that Jeffrey thinks she tried to get him eliminated, because she "had nothing to do with that dress." Why can't she say stuff like that in the moment? That's pretty good.
Jeffrey says that Angela is calculating and knows what she's doing, so she's fair game for his meanness. Maybe he's right. I just haven't really seen her calculating. Other than the huge shows of emotion anytime ANYTHING is announced about a challenge. That's gotta be fake. No one could be that excited about working on a team, or with trash, or with yourself. Especially not all three. Angela says that she wanted to rip Jeffrey's hair out, but she needs to concentrate on her work.
Laura interviews that she's glad that she's not involved in the Angela/Jeffrey brouhaha because they don't have much time to finish the challenge. Jeffrey keeps taunting Angela and laughing in a very fake way, because he takes all of this shit so seriously and is not nearly as cool as he's trying to come across to everyone. "She's feeling the pressure!" he says about Angela.
KoMC reminds us that they have only one day to finish the challenge, but adds that they only got to start at 2 PM. So, ten hours to complete the look. Tim enters and goes to Jeffrey first. Jeffrey seems super-confident, and Tim says, "It's not boring." "It's gonna be pretty," assures Jeffrey. I swear I'm not a Pollyanna, but I have a really hard time rooting for Jeffrey because he's so mean. That said, he seems to be in his groove. He knows what he's going for and it seems like he knows how to get there.
Oh, there's that Elle with Mandy Moore on the cover. There's a blown-up version on the back of the workroom. Guess what I read? That was the biggest-selling issue of the year. It was huge. I don't really know what to say about that.
