Franco tells Garrity that the calendar people are giving Garrity a pass. Garrity asks what the problem was. Franco says that it was everything. Garrity starts bitching about it, and Franco laughs and says that he was just kidding, and Garrity got December. Garrity is disappointed that it's so late in the year, but Franco says he'll have to work his way up.

Newbie works on the deck while the other guys sit around and watch him, drinking beer. Franco wonders if anyone tried the Venus Butterfly yet. Garrity is the only one who has. He explains that the chick started going nuts, but then she started hitting him and calling him names. He concludes that she didn't like it when he stuck the other finger in her ass. Everyone laughs, and Franco explains that it's two in the front, and one in the back. Shinsky shows up and they all raise their beers to him. Lou congratulates him on the good price he's getting on the deck. Shinsky asks if they'll be done by the end of the day. Tommy passes the question on to Newbie, who looks exhausted and sweaty, and says he doesn't know. Tommy promises that it'll be done. Shinsky dorkily leaves them to their work by saying, "Tally ho." Once he's gone, the guys wonder why he would say that. Because he's a dork?

Tommy sneaks inside to talk to Shinsky in his home office. Tommy brings up the pills he showed Shinsky the other day, and says he hasn't taken any yet. Shinsky tries to say something noncommittal about how it's probably a good idea, but Tommy doesn't get the hint, and comes right into the office and takes a seat. Tommy wants Shinsky's professional opinion on something, and Shinsky reluctantly agrees. Tommy explains about Janet and the divorce, and says that the other night he caught Janet looking at him from her house, and he wonders what it means. Shinsky shrinks, "What do you think it means?" Tommy says it seemed like she was thinking about coming over or thinking about him in some way. Shinsky says it could be. Tommy acts like Shinsky said he was right on the money, and leaves all happy.

Outside, Newbie continues to work alone. The guys discuss how Keanu Reeves is a great actor. I wonder if they were trying to get him in a guest spot on the show. Garrity imitates Keanu, and the guys chuckle.
