Tommy, with Colleen riding shotgun, pulls up in front of Sheila's house. Colleen wants to know why they're there. Does Colleen know about the pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage? I'm guessing not. Okay, so the rest of this scene is quite disturbing, though quite in character, but I'm not going to give you the play-by-play. Basically, Tommy goes into Sheila's house and, without so much as a how-do-you-do, shoves her around and yells at her for not telling him about the miscarriage. At one point, Tommy starts to walk away, but Sheila can't resist baiting him into coming back. When Tommy starts to leave again, Sheila pulls him back into the house. Tommy asks with contempt if this is how they honor Jimmy's memory, and tries to leave again. Sheila throws something at Tommy and orders him not to walk out on her. Tommy stalks back in and grabs the front of her shirt, saying, "You told me I was the closest thing you had to Jimmy on this earth. That was the same way I felt about you. And this is what you do to me, goddammit?" Sheila cries some more, and Tommy reveals that Jimmy used to come and see him, and then walks out the front door. Sheila chases after him, sobbing, and asks what Jimmy said, and whether he knew about the baby, and that it was a girl. Tommy realizes that Jimmy was telling the truth, and tells Sheila to shut up. Sheila starts telling Tommy that she loves him, and was scared to tell him. Tommy peels out in his truck, leaving Sheila sobbing in the middle of the street and screaming, "I looove you!" I think it would be annoying, but also kind of interesting, to be Sheila's neighbor.

Lou arrives at Leon's (Bone Marrow Recipient) apartment and rings the bell. There's no response. Lou starts to leave, and Leon walks out onto his fire escape and asks, "Can I help you?" Lou explains who he is, and Leon isn't that interested, because he needs to watch a TV show. Lou castigates Leon for not having "bone marrow etiquette," and not thanking Lou. Leon thanks him, but Lou think it's too late. He starts to leave, and Leon calls after Lou and asks if he can buy Lou a drink.
