Henry heads into the hallway, past his mom, and downstairs. He grabs the car keys off the hook on the wall, and pulls the van out of the driveway. Kind of a dick move to take the family's one vehicle, but what are they going to do, report it stolen? Lily rushes out into the street in front of the van. and he stops, then rolls down the window so she can talk to him. "If you leave, you can't come back," she tells him. "We'll have to move again. We can't risk staying here and you won't know where we are." Oddly, she's saying this like it's a bad thing. Henry complains that they didn't all have to come in the first place. His mom says Paul didn't want to bring them, he had to. Which means flashback time.
While Paul is out on bail, Flashback Lily accepts a delivery from a messenger at the house. She opens the envelope to find stalker photographs of all three kids, with X's slashed over them in red marker. Henry's shows him talking on a cell phone, naturally. This is kind of piling on; what kind of message is this meant to send to a guy who's already about to be tried for murder? Besides the obvious, "You are correct; you're being framed." Lily tries to get the messenger to come back, but he's already speeding off on his motorcycle. Probably never even took off his helmet. Dark-haired Tommy calls to his mom through the glass wall, then obliviously jumps off a diving board and into an indoor pool. Dude, these people were kind of loaded.
