JD tells Elliott that he figured out that she was worried that she might have killed her patient by prescribing the Plumox. He checked the records, and found out that the patient died because he was hit by a truck. JD wonders why she lied about her motivations. Because it's a sitcom? Elliott says that she and JD aren't close, and points out that he couldn't spend an afternoon with her without wishing she were Turk. JD invites Elliott to join him and Sam for a latte, not because he feels guilty, but because he wants to hang out with her. Those two are so hooking up.

Turk and Carla negotiate over the baby thing. Turk is worried that they'll lose their connection, so Carla agrees to have sex with him as much as he wants for a month. Which is how they'll make the baby. Turk reminds her that means whenever he taps her on the shoulder she has to "drop it like it's hot and give it to Daddy." It would creep me out if a man wanted me to call him Daddy. JD and Elliott walk up, giggling over how people think they are Sam's parents. While they're in mid-story, Turk taps Carla on the shoulder and they sneak out.
