Clark approaches Lex back in the former Hooligan place. He asks what Lex told the police. Lex says he told them about the burglary and that Clark and Jocko tried to be heroes and got in over their heads. Clark apologizes for the disk. Lex says he didn't come out for the disk. (Although he already misses those fondue recipes.) He came out for his friend. "Out" being the operative word. Lex circles around the police car after Clark leaves and tells the thugs that he'll keep their secret if they keep his. I wish he'd called them "bro" just to give the word some kind of actual value in this episode, but damn the torpedoes. Lex says that if they don't keep quiet, they'll find they're not the only ones who can reach through walls. I wish this show would turn into Oz once in a while. Well, earlier seasons of Oz, at least.
