Happy Snuggle Dances. The Top 14 love Becky, who does some wiggling thing. There's got to be an easier way to get tickets to the finale. Now from happy dancing to dancing for your life, here's Kourtni with a K. She is not dancing to "I'm Like a Bird" and there is no explanation for the hair or the shirt with angel wings on the back. It's a rather typical contemporary solo, nothing special. Then there's Matt. I really like his contemporary stuff because his long limbs make his leaps and stretches just look really amazing. Cat agrees. She tells him that he has arms and legs that go on forever. I never noticed this before, but right before she introduces the next dancer, Cat gives a look over her shoulder to make sure they are in place and ready to go. Ah, live TV. Courtney is taking this dancing for her life thing seriously. She comes out spinning and twirling and jumping with a vengeance and actually kind of good. This is saying a lot because I really, really don't like her. Gev is up and he's showing off his b-boy moves. I almost forgot that he was a breaker. It's been so long since auditions. Best way I can describe his dance: he vibrates on the floor and then balances on his head and then starts flipping around. Kind of awesome. Cat's freaked out because it looked like he was going to flip off the stage. She scolds him, but I'm thinking this daredevil performance just guaranteed him safety this week.
Comfort dances her way down the stairs and shows off her cool hip hop moves. Better than Kourtni, but not as amazing as I think she can be. Thayne's contemporary moves are way more filled with tricks than Matt's and he's all smiley and he dances to Queen, so kind of a tough call. Glad I'm not a judge. Cat dismisses the judges to go make their decision. There are four of them... I was thinking there's a chance there could be a tie, but then I remembered that Napoleon isn't allowed to disagree with Tabitha. So they probably only get one vote.
