After the performance, the judges applaud. Jessica immediately starts crying. Nomi asks Mel B what she thought of the performance and she says that she thought that it was quite good. Jamie notices that Jessica is crying and asks her if she's okay. She says that the performance was awful and she was dancing and all of a sudden people started moving real fast (I'm not kidding), so she ran offstage. Miguel says that it sucked for him because Jessica was his partner, but she counters that she thought it would be better if she got out of his way. Mel B says the other Spices would rack her if she ran offstage during a performance. Nomi says that Jessica would have been eliminated if she weren't in the winning group.

Vincent tells Janelle and Mochi not to dance like angry men. Jamie says that he didn't notice -- instead he noticed that Janelle was a badass. Nancy tells Miguel that he needs to "butch up" his dancing. She doesn't say why or that there is a problem with his actual dancing, only that he needs to "man up" said dancing. But she doesn't care if he's gay or straight or anything. Only that he's not butch. He nods and says, "Very much so," which is weird. Then he says, "Did I look like a fag onstage?" Mel B gets a kick out of this, but Nancy takes it with all the humor of a colostomy bag and replies, "A little bit." Whatever. ["Whatever, my ass. Michael asks for a note, because no one has spoken to him. Jamie says that he's good, but they need him to be great. He nods and says "thank you" like 7 or 8 times. Oversincere, people. It's a sickness. Mel B tells James that his free-style was amazing. Jamie liked it too. Nomi asks them to sit tight. The judges deliberate. Everyone says that Janelle and James were the big. They have the most charisma. Nancy thinks that James could sell her a sneaker full of poop. It actually seems like our girl Nomi is doing a fairly good job of running this deliberation.
