Jamie asks Jessica (and he makes a request for no hat this time) and Adriana to dance for him once more. Jessica has it together a little more this time. Her dancing is sexy and she's a long and lithe girl. Adriana thrashes about and it's sort of desperate and terrifying. Afterwards, Jamie switches their couch assignments. Adriana interviews that she knew this couldn't be good.

Jerry brings out the two groups. He explains that the two groups are divided by the winners and the elimination group. The winners can't be eliminated from this challenge and one of them will win immunity for the next challenge. One of the people from the elimination group will be going home. The Oscar couch is the elimination group. Adriana says she doesn't want to be eliminated. Nick says that he has not gone all that way to get eliminated for the first challenge. Hell no.

Jerry announces that the two groups will be learning choreography taught by RJ and Nick. That's it, no last names. They enter to applause. The groups will have an hour and a half the next day to work with the choreographers before presenting what they've learned on the main stage.

Later, at the Dancers Loft, Miguel and James are giggling in bed together. Miguel says that he doesn't think Michael is very good. He self-righteously adds that he is not going to hold back his opinion of other people as a dancer. Oh God forbid he held back his feelings from the world. How would we know what was right? James interviews that Miguel is his "Sistah." They call themselves The Plastics after Mean Girls. I love it when people take pride in their bad qualities. I love it that I procrastinate. I tell everybody.

The next morning, Nicole's leg is still pretty injured. They go to the studio to rehearse. Jerry tells them that this is an opportunity for them to make an impression on important people in the industry.

The winning group goes first. RJ Durell, who totally doesn't even seem like he's human, tells everyone that he really needs them to focus. They're going to build a one minute routine in one and a half hours. Nick Florez starts with the girls and everything goes very quickly. Mochi interviews that you have to be right with the choreographer and you can't waste any time. RJ kind of barks at Jessica at one point. With an unexpected degree of self-awareness, she says that she tends to pull back when she gets negative criticism. Her confidence really suffers when she starts to get nervous. The choreography looks like it's going very quickly and poor Jessica looks like she's barely hanging on. Nick starts counting slower at one point like he's dealing with a bunch of dumb asses. Miguel huffs that the group looks bad, which makes him look bad. They mark it with the music -- "Spice Up Your Life" by the Spice Girls, which Miguel declares is his FAVORITE Spice Girls song. And you know how hard it has been for him to choose. Jessica says that she thinks she picked everything up, then she cries and says she's "absolutely intimidated" by everyone in the room, but she's proud of herself for being in the winning group. James thinks that he might win the challenge, along with Miguel or Janelle.
