The Incredible Hoofer

Outside, Jerry recommends that Michael drink fluids. After he leaves, Michael complains that the hours are getting to him and he'll leave if it doesn't get any better. Miguel says that if he needs to leave, he should leave. Michael gets loud and says that he knows Miguel just wants to get further in the competition. Janelle chimes in and says that Michael should go home if he doesn't want to be there and Michael gets really loud. He shouts over everyone and says that if he has low blood sugar, then that's his body and not theirs. Profound stuff. Janelle asks an interesting question-- how can he shout when he's feeling so weak? Miguel interviews that Michael likes to victimize himself so that he can look like a hero. He thinks Michael should get over himself, because they are all going through the same thing. Michael explains that he was having a conversation with himself, out loud, and didn't need anyone's input. Oscar thinks that Michael is just worried about going home, so he's acting ill. Janelle suggest that they all breathe.

The next morning, Nick says, "I love the smell of elimination in the morning." Cody offers Oscar some OJ. He interviews that he knows Oscar is upset about being in the elimination group, but he thinks it will work in his favor because he knows the number they are doing and thinks it suits Oscar. Oscar says that he needs to concentrate. In the other loft, Michael is dancing while eating his cereal. And, um, my closed captioning has farted out so I'm going to transcribe what I hear Michael say. "When I first decided to become a professional dancer, I had no idea it has its rocks. So, I unfortunately was forced to move my car. So, it just showed me that when life throws you curve balls you can't do nothing but roll with it." I've listened to that 15 times. It doesn't make sense. It's killing me.

At the theatre, Oscar and Miguel are rehearsing together while Michael sits on a sofa. Michael interviews that Oscar and Michael have an alliance but he doesn't care. Oscar says that Michael is a diva. "She's a little diva. Did I say 'she?' Oh. My. God. I was right." Cody zips Mochi into her outfit. Cody interviews that she is his greatest competition, but if she looks good, he looks good. Nick thinks that he and Janelle will offer a "certain edge." Jerry arrives and says that "in the real world" they would have had a week to learn the routine they are about to perform. Huh?
