Jordan's adamant that Danny is not in love with her. Danny fourth-grades that he can be in love with whomever he wants to be in love with, "if that's okay." Jordan says that it's not okay, and asks again when he "decided" this. Um, when the ratings for a show about unfunny comedians got really dangerously low and the people who wrote him decided that the show needed to become about romances? Or, if you want to believe Danny, it was the first time he met her. Jordan accurately points out that, when they first met, Danny couldn't stand her: she was untrustworthy, she was network, she was blackmailing him. "You proved me wrong," says Danny. "So your only recourse was to fall in love with me?" Jordan asks. Danny's pacing with this tiny broom that was on the roof for some reason as he asks what Jordan wants from him: he fell in love, he pursued, he was rejected, and now he's stuck on the roof, which is punishment enough. Oh, cram it, Mr. Woe Is Me. Of course, now Danny's looking for an argument, so he -- who was all cool about it when Matt was bitching -- lays into Jordan about running the Dolphin Girl promo. It's not a finished sketch yet, and now they're talking about it on the internet, which can never be good. "It's not the end of the world," Jordan snaps. "No," pouts Danny, "but it is a continuation of the One-Sheet World." Don't ask it, Jordan. Don't ask it! "What's the One-Sheet World?" Dammit! Danny takes a deep breath of self-righteousness: "You know, a movie poster. A one-sheet. 'I think we'll do The Green Lantern -- I can see the one-sheet now. Don't worry that we don't have a story; we're gonna make all out money before word-of-mouth can kill us anyway.' We elect presidents the same way! 'He's got a big name, he'll raise money, he'll get the nomination! We'll teach him how to be President later!'" Oh my God, shut up so hard, Danny Tripp. Sorry, don't want to steal Jordan's thunder here: "It was a TV promo, you tremendous doofus!" Recplace "oofus" with "ouchebag" and you're pretty well there, Jordan. "I was making an analogy..." Danny squeals, before hopping up and beating a would-be serpent to death with his broom. Only it turns out it was a cord of some kind. "I think you got him," Jordan says, suppressing a smile. See? See how easy it is to charm a woman with your persistence and your acting crazy? Jordan says that Matt and Harriet must be wondering where they are by now: "Maybe they're having too good a time?" Danny's not even privy to what we've seen of them at the dinner, and he still knows that's probably not the case.
