Anne and Kate both praise Megan's chic style. They criticize Arnaldo's still-boring look and his notebook gimmick didn't work. I guess they just didn't grasp the box-to-triangle transformation that went on inside his mind. Anne, in a dubbed-over demi-critique, says Danielle chose a photo that didn't display her excellent style. Finally, Anne pinpoints the problem. By misunderstanding the task, they created a "Trends" page rather than a "Contributors" page. The teammates try to justify their group decision, but Anne tells them point blank that they didn't do the assignment. Everyone else, 1; Megan's Brain, 0.

Finally, Team The Only Way Is Up! puts yet another hot mess on display. It is a page ripped straight from a junior high yearbook... in canary yellow... with several different fonts... and a heading of "The Three C's[sic]." Oh, Devin... Anne wastes no time saying their page is an "instant headache." She won't even look at it! Joe Zee notes the page has a high school yearbook feel. Stop stealing my thoughts, Joe Zee!

Anne asks them to explain their individual looks. She praises Devin, Jason, and, in particular, William. Then she says that Kate's look didn't express her style. Kate nods her head in a typical reverse move that she thinks says, "I'm a team player," but actually says, "I am so not a team player, and I will sell out these assholes in a two seconds flat." And cue bus-throwing. Joe Zee commends her for listen and covering up her tee-tahs. She announces that she's "the black sheep of this little fashion family" and unleashes the rant she's been crafting and practicing in her head since last night. She says everyone has tried to change her by (paraphrasing here) telling her to look like less of a business-suited porn star. Johanna especially takes offense since she unselfishly tried to help Kate. She full-on calls Kate trashy. Love it.

Anne throws Kate's weakness back at her, saying she wouldn't trust someone so easily influenced to get anything done. Kate claims she is now a strong, new Kate who no longer bows to the will of others. Everyone looks forward with stone faces and hatred in their hearts. Anne dismisses Team Underbus and Kate.
