Harvey shows up at Nick's hotel suite, with no explanation of how he found him. Nick tries to throw him out, but Harvey insists that Nick wants to give him five minutes, "to see if I can get you out of the box you're in before you sell your soul." Turns out he's right, as Nick lets him into the suite, but says he doesn't have any choice but to cooperate with Cameron. Harvey says he can sell the bribe to the jury as a "business transaction," if Nick keeps his head on and his mouth shut. He's confounding Cameron's prediction to Nick that he'd threaten him or offer him a deal, because he thinks Nick cares about Ava. "Whatever deal Cameron offered you, it's based on a lie. He doesn't have anything. He's just trying to use your fear to pit you against Ava." He says Nick will regret it for the rest of his life and never forgive himself. So is Harvey actually empathizing with Mike now? How tall is this hotel, because I think the altitude is getting to him.
Louis and Mike have dragged Opposing Counsel into the judge's chambers, to show their new valuation for the property: a hundred million dollars. Opposing Counsel tries to shoot it down, but Louis and Mike defend the figure and point out Opposing Counsel's hypocrisy when the arbitrarily calculated valuation numbers were going his way.
In the break room, Rachel approaches Donna with some transparent flattery as preamble to Rachel telling her that Louis is trying to steal Mike. Donna says it's not stealing, what with Mike being available, and Rachel is surprised to learn that Donna already knew about Louis's plan. "Why didn't you tell me?" "Because we agreed that their problem isn't our problem," Donna reminds her. Rachel argues that Harvey doesn't really want this and that Donna needs to help him get over it. Donna says she tells Harvey what she believes, which in this case is -- after Donna shuts the door -- "That Mike betrayed Harvey." Rachel points out that Mike was blackmailed into it. Donna isn't cutting Mike much more slack than Harvey did: "I just spent the last year hiding your boyfriend's double life. I'd say I'm a pretty understanding person. But what I don't understand is when someone takes loyalty like that and they throw it in the garbage. Would you like me to say that to Harvey?" Rachel passes on that, saying she's sorry she asked and it won't happen again. So what about Donna knowing about Mike and never telling Rachel? We'll get to that later, so don't worry. Or, more accurately, we'll get to that later, so be very worried.
