Naturally, The Harvelle Girls can't themselves see the black-suited gentlemen now occupying just about every available inch of Carthage's suddenly available space, a fact My Sweet Baboo barely acknowledges in favor of somewhat needlessly explaining, "They only gather like this in times of great catastrophe," right before he stalks off in search of an explanation, leaving Ellen and Jo to their gruesomely ritualistic murders, perpetrated by the dark demonic force that decided to take out all 14,000 of Carthage's inhabitants. Well, you know. Eventually. "WHAT?!" Just drink your juice, Raoul, okay? "Okay! [Slurp!]" We follow in near silence as Castiel weaves through The Reapers on the street, the only sound being the soft susurrations emanating from entities unknown until My Sweet Baboo senses movement above his head. He lifts his eyes to spot a sightless Reaper on an adjacent hotel's second floor, and the instant The Reaper's turned away from the window to vanish into the building's depths, Castiel transports himself from the sidewalk into the hotel's upper hall, and that was an excellent effects shot if I do say so myself. "I concur!" Thanks, Raoul. "No problem! [Slurp!]" Castiel follows The Reaper into the hotel's black interior, and just as he crosses a far threshold, a horrible incandescence expands in front of him as a mild male voice welcomes, "Hello, brother!" DUN!
