Which, as it turns out, isn't too difficult a task, because Ghost Cole mentioned he hid in his closet during his deathday's demonic incursion, so that's where Sam finds him. In the closet. "[Titter!]" Knock it off, Raoul. "You started it! Hee!" ANY-way, The Astral Anti-Christ folds his entire fifteen-foot-tall form up into a little ball and scrunches down on the floor next to the somewhat ajar closet door, through which we can spot Ghost Cole's frightened face hovering in the gloom. And thus begins The Anti-Christ Pep Talk, during which Astral Sammy plays upon Ghost Cole's fears and sadness to LIE to the dead child about what's going to happen next in order to convince the dead child to spill what he knows of Alastair's current whereabouts, and it works, and that's all you really need to know about that, though I should note the scene plays beautifully because of both actors' performances, and I'm pretty sure Satan himself could do with a Snuggie right about now, because I've never had anything good to say about a child actor's performance, ever, so bravo, little Alexander Gould, and stay away from the Disney Channel. "Talk about Hell on earth!" I couldn't agree with you more, Raoul. "Thanks!"

Meanwhile, down in the parlor, Astral Dean and Tessa are getting reacquainted with each other, and she flirtatiously refers to him as "the one that got away" before he gets all serious about the whole situation by admitting that their previous encounter left him with an emptiness deep within himself -- an emptiness the nature of which he's just now understanding, and which, to yours truly, further explains that wish of his back during "What Is And What Should Never Be," which in turn is only making that episode even better in retrospect, and it was pretty goddamned good to begin with. Oh, Dean. He also references the horrible things he did down in Hell, explaining that in spite of all that, "someone upstairs" decided to give him a second chance, and I think he's about to beg her to leave the various undead of Greybull alone, but something about her icy, coolly appraising demeanor stops him. Which is interesting, because it's clear from this bit that she only turns on the warmth and the charm when she needs to coax someone over to The Other Side, which is precisely what she does when Astral Sam leads Ghost Cole into the room, and it makes sense, but it's also clear that Dean can't even confide in a damned Reaper now -- his Reaper -- and this episode is getting to be far too depressing. "You should have had that flagon!" Perhaps you're right, Raoul. In any event, Ghost Cole admits the roiling cloud of bitterly black demonic goo "was everywhere" at his wake in the town's funeral home, but before anyone's had a chance to process this new bit of information, every single light in the home once again starts to buzzing and blinking and flickering on and off, and no sooner has that occurred when the roiling cloud of bitterly black demonic goo bursts through the front door to engulf all who now stand in the parlor. Kick ass. And when it's retreated, Tessa's disappeared -- of course -- and the astral boys flounder about a bit in frustration at the very idea of taking on the demonic goo without any mad ghost skillz at their disposal until a cunning plan forms inside Astral Sammy's freakish Cro-Magnon skull, so we...
