Ballroom. Aftermath. Hot Baldur calls the pagan gods' meeting to order from the head of the horseshoe, where he sits at Kali's side. Down the left are a guy we've never seen before who's never identified, Odin, Ganesh, and the statuesque blonde cocktail waitress, who is also never given a name. On the right are Mercury, Baron Samedi, Zao Shen, and The Astro Lounge's eternally anonymous bartender. Our Intrepid Heroes have been seated at the foot of the horseshoe for what follows, and what follows is a very lengthy pissing match between the assembled deities that drags on for so long, Our Intrepid Idiots are to be forgiven for thinking they can just get up and walk out. Kali, of course, begs to differ, and sends a chandelier crashing to the floor at the boys' feet. Thus warned, a suitably chastened Sam and Dean return to their chairs, and I'll not be transcribing the subsequent nittering amongst the gods because 75% of the people in this room are going to be dead by the end of the episode, so who cares? Ooops! Spoiler! "I'd chastise you vehemently for thatbase transgression, I'm sure, but I'm still so angry!" Cocktail, Raoul. "[Slurp!]" Good. Now, where was I? Oh, yes: Long story short, "The Judeo-Christian Apocalypse" threatens every pagan god present for what I hope are very obvious reasons, and most of the assembled have thus decided to kidnap Michael and Lucifer's Vessels in order to use Sam and Dean as bargaining chips in the negotiations they intend to hold with The Archangels. The lone dissenter, of course, is Kali, who knows that The Archangels -- dicks that they are -- understand only violence, and she is determined to fight them until the last Archangel lies dead. So, things are looking pretty grim for Our Intrepid Heroes, right? "Right!" Wrong. "Rats! [Slurp!]" "Can't we all just get along?" Gabriel bellows as he bursts through the ballroom doors, and with that, Our Intrepid Heroes are saved. You see, unlike the audience, the pagan gods still know Gabriel as Loki, and while Hot Baldur certainly isn't happy to see him -- that nasty little unpleasantness with the mistletoe, don't you know -- no one outright objects to him crashing their little party. Once all that's settled, Gabriel turns to Sam and Dean, smirks, "The adults need to have a little conversation -- check you later!" and snaps his fingers to send the boys...
