ANY-way, Sam invites Bobby in, and after both of Our Intrepid Heroes have greeted him, Bobby gets down to business with, "So, what didn't you want to talk to me on the phone about?" "It's this job we're working," Sam explains. "We weren't sure you'd believe us." Bobby assures them that after decades spent in the hunting game, he's quite capable of believing anything they could possibly manage to dish up for him, so Sam amends his previous statement by noting that they themselves have never seen anything like what's currently going on, and they'd appreciate a pair of fresh eyes. Bobby's all, "Lay it on me," so the three settle down for the initial round of expository blather. Amusingly enough, before Bobby can perch on the end of one of the beds, he has to move one of Dean's indifferently abandoned take-out containers to the floor. In any event, Sam begins by noting that they were initially drawn to the town because of a suspicious obituary detailing both The Formerly Lecherous Professor's demise and the campus legend that claims the building he dropped from is haunted. So, Our Intrepid Heroes "pretexted" as reporters to hit one of the local college bars, and FLASHBACK!
