At Rotu, Kathy is busy not being the bitchy blonde while lecturing the others about the importance of fire. For someone who never actually seems to be doing any work herself, she sure talks enough about it. She preaches that they need to "get a group dynamic" going, but they all would rather argue with her instead -- which is a group dynamic in itself. John says he's "wiped" from the day before, and then he and Kathy argue over how much time they've actually spent working on the fire. In a confessional, John -- whose buff is top-knotted on top of his head -- tells us that Kathy is a bit of a "Chicken Little," because she always thinks the sky is falling, and she's becoming grating. Kathy insists that she's not "trying" to be pushy, but we all know pushy people don't have to try to be that way. John claims that he isn't saying that she's pushy, but that he still can't work on the fire as she's requesting he do. Kathy argues that she's not asking John for anything, but he insists that she is. The confrontation is no "I will always wave my finger in your face," but it'll do. Zoe pats Kathy on the shoulder while the others just stand around awkwardly. Paschal's a judge -- they should just hand all decision-making off to him.
