Back at camp, Lex Loser grins from ear to ear; I'll bet he was insufferable after this victory. He tells us that he has a lot invested in Survivor, and that the longer he plays, the more he wants to win. He says that the game has a "strange way, psychologically," of working out that way. Actually, I wouldn't call it "strange" at all; in fact, it seems natural that the more time and effort put into something amplifies its importance. But Lex thinks he's so smart and goes on about it being "less and less of an option to take that long walk out of the game." Of course, it's all easier to talk about, anyway, with an immunity dog collar around one's neck. Lex Loser tells us that the next few days are going to be very difficult for the tribe. He says that he, Tom, Ethan, and Kimj have a decision to make. Despite what he said earlier about not wanting to be the one calling the shots, it's clear here that is what he really wants. Lex Loser says he's already told the others that he won't vote against Brandon, so if they choose to do that, they'll have to find enough votes elsewhere, so they don't lose the balance of power and, as a result, get picked off by the former Samburu tribe. He makes a grabby gesture when he talks about their alliance. Meanwhile, Kimj sleeps with her finger up her nose. Lex Loser whispers to Tom that he can't let his personal feelings get involved anymore. He says it doesn't matter that Tom likes Frank more than he likes Brandon. According to Lex Loser, what matters is that Brandon has already helped them out, and that he might do it again. Lex Loser insists that Frank would vote for Tom in a heartbeat if he thought it would help him win the game. Lex Loser then tells Tom that if Frank gets Brandon back on the Samburu side, they will target Tom, and then Brandon will go next. This all seems like a very desperate attempt by Lex Loser to retain control. He concludes, "Think about that, but don't take too long. Because if you take too long you're going."
