Except maybe Andrea, who then interviews that she likes Francesca, but she thinks her alliance with Phillip contains more loyal people. Andrea's chief complaint is that Francesca made an alliance with her on day one and then hasn't checked in with her. So Andrea goes to Phillip and tells him that Francesca is gunning for him and needs to go, and Phillip says that he agrees because Francesca is strategizing too much. So which is it? Is she playing the game too hard or not enough? Phillip interviews that he will be like Machiavelli and punish his rivals by burning down their villages and families. I'm pretty sure Machiavelli never said that, but okay.
The camera people got some amazing footage of little crabs waving their claws around that I could watch all day. Erik and Brandon head into the water to, guess what, bond. Erik tells Brandon that Phillip came up to him and said, "You can be with me, but if not, we have the numbers to get you out." Erik didn't like that kind of threat, so Erik wants to get rid of Phillip.
So then Brandon and Francesca bond in the water. Brandon reports that Erik wants Phillip gone first, and that Phillip claims he has numbers. Francesca is surprised because she though Corinne was the only one with him. Brandon suggests that Andrea might be with him, but Francesca doesn't think so. She interviews that if Phillip has numbers, she could be voted out first twice, and she laughs at the possibility. She might not want to be so blithe about it.
Dawn and Cochran have a confab in the jungle. Dawn says she doesn't know if Cochran wants to vote with her, but Dawn would love to have one person she could trust on the tribe. Cochran interviews that he's surprised that Dawn is willing to work with him, since he pretty much caused Dawn to be voted out last time around. Dawn explains that she doesn't trust Francesca, because she's playing to win. Unlike the rest of them, who are just there for the LOLs? They discuss who has the numbers, but things are in so much flux that they decide to just stick together and see what happens. Dawn thinks that she and Cochran are the swing votes, and they need to stay together to the end and decide who else to bring with them.
Francesca is overthinking her strategy already, because now she's worried about someone having an Idol and wonders if they should split their votes and throw some to Corinne. She tells this to Dawn, Brandon, and Erik as they prepare to go to Tribal. Dawn and Francesca try to run the numbers and I can't even figure out anymore who might be voting where in Francesca's fantasy scenario. Andrea walks up and Francesca explains her scenario of Phillip having an Idol. She is losing it.
