It's night-vision time, and the S9 sleep and snore. Rob slowly opens his eyes and focuses on something nearby. The camera pans over to reveal that he's watching HeiDDi, who is curled up next to Davey Rockett. In an interview, Rob tells us that he hasn't talked to HeiDDi about her relationship with Davey Rockett, but that he sleeps right next to them and he hears "a lot of rustling around." He claims that Davey Rockett sleeps with his arms around HeiDDi, but not so much in the shot I see; it pretty much looks the other way around, with HeiDDi clinging onto Davey Rockett. In any case, Rob tells us that HeiDDi is supposedly playing Davey Rockett, but that Rob's wondering if he's the one being played. We see shot after shot of HeiDDi snuggling up on Davey Rockett's shoulder while Rob voice-overs that if anyone gets to have pillow talk with HeiDDi, it should be Rob himself. He thinks that if Davey Rockett weren't around, those would be Rob's arms around HeiDDi instead. He doesn't mention that, in the past, such maneuvers on his part have resulted in restraining orders. He concludes, "I don't like the fact that someone in my alliance is sleeping with the enemy," when really it's more like, "I don't like the fact that someone in my alliance is not sleeping with me." HeiDDi and Davey Rockett clasp hands as Rob pensively looks on while stroking his beard.
It's now Day 23, and an insect buzzes in a crocodile's eye. A bunch of insects swarm Rob's head, as he voice-overs that he doesn't know what it is about a "dirty human head, but for some reason, gnats hang out at a dirty human head." Ew. We see the gnats are buzzing around HeiDDi too, but there's a more reasonable explanation for that one: like to like. Rob adds that his head is "like Studio 54" for the insects, "and that they're having a party on top of [his] dome, and that there are about a million of them and they're in a flight pattern, an orbit." As a bug-free Butch looks on in apparent amazement, Rob concludes, "I don't know what's goin' on up there. I didn't rub my head in anything. There's no food in my head that I'm aware of." Again with the ew. We see a bug-swarmed Deena having a discussion with a distracted Christy, who may be laughing because of something Deena said, or because as Rob tells us it's funny to talk to someone when he or she has "a million gnats hanging around their head like they're Pigpen from The Peanuts."
